Dr rosen is a great listener can get you in a emergency appointment but If one small thing goes wrong or if he gets a phone call by someone that tells a bunch of lies he will make you suffer and make you go every week maybe even 2 times a week then if you say something about it it's go somewhere else and leave if you don't like it that's what he says to patients I remember my first visit I took my mother with me she embarrassed the crap out of me and was jumping up and down like a luny I honestly cannot stand this doctor the only time I see him is if I absolutely have too and if I call him which I really try to avoid cause he puts notes in my chart. Also heads up and advice if you see him take something with you like a book or tablet something to do because his visits are 3-4 hours some advice don't schedule with him see Bill / William soyke PA or rosemary PA or Dr Theodore.. Dr Theodore is the best one there to be honest..

Dr Hoffberg is an amazing doctor, I have no complaints, HOWEVER the rest of his staff and associates are unprofessional, to be honest Dr Rosen is a looney tune. In every Dr. Office I've ever been to in my life I was treated with respect I am asked if I need a magazine etc.. NOT at DR Rosen Hoffberg the staff is down right rude they act like they are doing you a favor to make your appointment, they speak to every patient in a condescending tone. I would advise you not to waist your time at that crazy office!! They have so many doctors and physicians assistants seeing patients that they see over 100 patients a day sometimes!!! ( I know that because the sign in sheet is numbered and I listen and observe )
OH AND ANOHER THING when you sign in they hand you a folder with a half sheet of paper attached, the paper states your up coming appointments AND ALSO how much $$$ your insurance is allowing you to spend for the rest of the month ( they secretively write it, I pay attention and figured out that the random number at the top of the page was in fact how much they have left to spend). So then they refer you to physical therapy and/or social work (which is a joke) My first social work appointment she told me " She is here to help me navigate this crazy office she know's people are sometimes rude and things don't always run smoothly, but she is in my corner to help" as we talked and she realized have no problems in my life and am happy in every aspect she searched for problems for us to talk about. My only problem is the disrespect I received from my Dr, Dr Lacount and from the Secretaries!! The Physical Therapist is great he is kind and helpful.
I am so very hurt and upset, I've been taking abuse from this office for almost a year and it got really bad within the last two months. I keep telling myself it will get better. Of course I need my pain killers and the staff knows that and that's why they know they can get away with treating patents like garbage. Its tragic to be in an accident that changes your life to where you will never function correctly again , then to be abused while you in the process of trying to heal is another tragedy. I will stop my rant, I am looking forward to finding a office that will treat me with the kindness and respect that I observe. Good luck and God Bless.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were late a few times to my appointments which is expected in the Dr. Office. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is great. I have noticed some changes in the last year in terms of the practices improving. They need to paint the office really bad. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long except once I needed to wait for 3 hours.

The doctors and office staff try their best to accomidate every person which is why they are so busy and why they have a long wait time. Other doctors turn people away but Dr. Rosen sees them. There's not a lot of physicians who will do that. Most of the people that complain on sites, such as these, are the patients whose tox screens turn up positive for illegal drug...cocaine, heroin and then they get pissed off because they have to come in multiple times a week. Stop doing illegal drugs and you wont need to come in so frequently. Yes-they double book. Again, too many people and not enough doctors. Don't like to wait? Don't go back. Plain and simple. Stop your bitching. If he didn't double book, a lot of people who are in desperate need of help and in pain, would get turned away. Is that fine with you? If so, you are probably one of the many patients that are on medical assistance who only go to the appointments to fake an illness, to get your scripts and sell them on the streets. Get a life.
