Dr. Grant's office staff is doing her an injustice.

She is a warm genuine person, spends time and answers questions carefully. I was very satisfied with my appointment wait time and the diagnosis followup was offered by Dr. grant herself.

The office ladies are blasé; no smiles or friendly welcome.
Hurts a practice to have front end people who are not wanting to be better representatives of the Dr.'s practice and similar personality.

My son and I have gone to Dr. Grant. Every skin problem was "contact dermatitis". We both have inherited skin conditions (excema and psoriasis). To diagnose pustular psoriasis, a blood test is needed. We both finally found correct treatment for our conditions, by other doctors. I would not take the family dog to her office. Also, the reason it takes forever to get an appointment is because she closes her office some days of the week. I'm 73, and my experience with many health issues has built the knowledge I need to find the right doctors, and to seek second opinions.
