I found Dr leonard very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed a rather rare loss of hearing in one ear. Due to his quick actions, I've regained enough hearing in one ear to be a candidate for a hearing aid, otherwise I would be totally deaf in that ear. Follow up appoinments were always on time, very little waiting and the staff is very helpful
