She won’t see me as I am over 59. I have private insurance thru work not Medicare but she has denied me a visit. I had recommended her in the past as she had threaten me years ago but I will no longer do so.

Dr. Jarmoc is a wonderful doctor. She even took the time to call me past office hours to work out a scheduling problem. She told me to come in the very next day and to try really hard to be at the office by 4:00 pm. So I raced around all day, didn't eat lunch so that I could leave work ASAP. As a teacher I couldn't leave until 3:10. But I had my bags and keys in hand so that as soon as the last child was in their car I started for Concord. I get there at 4:04 - and they refused to give me my shots. I drive 55 minutes one way from the Lakes Region and for four minutes - they refused to treat me that day. I have been going every week almost since July. The nurses know me, and usually smile and say, hi. Today, I walked in and they didn't even say, "hi" - they just stared at me grimly. I was so sad, disappointed, and upset when I left that I will never go back there. I know that Dr. Jarmoc is one of the best, but her team would not be reasonable or listen to me. All week they tried to get me to come on Wednesdays. I explained over and over again as to why I couldn't do that. Before leaving today the office lady ask, "Why don't you just come in on Wednesday?". I couldn't believe it. It is incomprehensible to me that a professional environment would treat other people so horribly.

The staff for this doctor were unprofessional and rude. I had to wait an hour in the examining room one year without much of an update as to when the appointment was going to begin. I ended up leaving. This year, I called in for my prescription, and the receptionist asked me to go find the prescription name (as it had switched and I couldn't recall which one it was) and call back in, almost hanging up on me. When I asked her "shouldn't the doctor have the most recent prescription in her file?," I was told sarcastically that "Well, usually, the patient knows what the prescription is when they call in" and she refused to go look it up down the hallway. Unbelievable.
