Ingredients

  • One 3-inch loaf of whole-grain baguette, sliced into 12 1/4-inch slices

  • 6 anchovy fillets, rinsed and patted dry

  • 2 ounces gouda cheese, thinly sliced

  • 12 green grapes, sliced in half

Directions

  • Cut the baguette into 12 slices that measure approximately 1/4-inch. Lay the slices on a nonstick baking sheet. While prepping crostini, preheat an oven to 375 degrees.

  • Rinse and dry the anchovies before chopping. After dicing, the anchovies should create a thick paste.

  • Individually smear each slice of bread with anchovy paste and then add slices of cheese and one sliced grape to the top of each piece.

  • Bake in the oven for 5 minutes before serving.
