Ingredients

  • 5 cups cauliflower, cooked

  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds

  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped or diced

  • 1/4 cup celery, diced

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

  • 1 cup hardboiled eggs, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Boil the cauliflower in water in a pot until soft. Stir well to mash. Place in the refrigerator to cool.

  • When chilled, add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve cool.
