Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons tahini

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/8 teaspoon garam masala (optional)

  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt

  • 1 ripe avocado

Directions
