Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onions

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 1/2 pounds center cut salmon fillets, with skin

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Directions

  • Mix the first four ingredients in a small bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Blend well.

  • Allow to stand at room temperature for one hour.

  • Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Place the salmon on a lightly greased baking sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper. Add 1/3 of the sauce on top.

  • Bake for 20 minutes. It should be opaque in the center when cooked.

  • Serve with the remaining sauce.
