  • 6 bananas, sliced lengthwise

  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 1/2 cup raisins, or other dried fruit

  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

  • Spray or butter a 9 x 13-inch pan, lightly. In the pan, arrange the split bananas and top evenly with the brown sugar, small pieces of butter, raisins, and pecans.

  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Within 2-3 hours, refrigerate any leftovers.
