Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups zucchini, shredded

  • 1 egg

  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
