Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  • Clean and cut the cauliflower into florets. Steam or boil the florets and remove them from water. Place them into a pan or large bowl.

  • Mash the cauliflower with a fork or potato masher.

  • Once mashed, mix in the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Add salt and pepper to desired taste.

  • Place the cauliflower mixture into a baking dish. Cover with a lid and bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
