Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce bag meatless burger crumbles

  • 8 ounce package light cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 24 large jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 425°F.

  • Sauté the vegetarian crumbles in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

  • Combine the cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.

  • Fold the crumbles into the cheese mixture.

  • Add about one tablespoon of the stuffing mixture to each half jalapeño.

  • Put stuffed peppers cheese side up on an ungreased baking sheet.

  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
