Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.

  • Add all of the other ingredients and cook until the shrimp are pink and tender. Serve immediately.
