Ingredients

  • 1 cup peach slices

  • 1 1/2 cup nectarine slices

  • 1 ounce lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 cup apple juice, unsweetened

  • 1 cup cranberry raspberry juice

  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Directions

  • Combine the nectarines and peaches in a food processer until smooth.

  • Transfer the puree to a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice and honey.

  • Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator.

  • Boil the two juices, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves over medium-high heat. When the juice mixture is brought to a boil, change the heat to low and continue to simmer for 5 additional minutes.

  • Use a strainer to remove the spices and then allow the juice to completely cool.

  • Stir the juice mixture and fruit mixture together. Place in the refrigerator, covered, for a minimum of 2 hours.
