Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chickpeas (fresh cooked or canned)

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 3/4 cup chopped raw vegetables (such as onions, scallions, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, and celery)

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Dash of salt

  • Dash of black pepper

Directions
