Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter

  • 5 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Herbes de Provence

  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 thin baguette, cut into thick slices

  • Sea salt, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat a grill to high heat.

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the garlic, blue cheese, Herbs de Provence, crushed red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

  • Thoroughly coat each baguette slice with the blue cheese sauce.
