Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 (14.5 ounces each) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies

  • 2 (15 ounces each) cans pinto beans, drained

  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained

  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream style corn

  • 1 package ranch dressing mix

  • 1 package taco seasoning

  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • Brown the beef and onions in a medium pot. When the beef is done cooking, drain the grease.

  • Add the tomatoes with green chilies, pinto beans, black beans, corn, ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
