Ingredients

  • 2 pints strawberries

  • 2 cups non-fat plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 dash ground ginger

  • 1 dash ground allspice

  • Fresh mint (optional)

Directions

  • Slice eight strawberries and set aside.

  • Add the remaining strawberries, yogurt, orange juice concentrate, sugar, water, ginger, and allspice to a blender and puree until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Garnish with the eight sliced strawberries and mint, if desired.
