Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes

  • 4 teaspoons unsalted butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 350°F and bake the sweet potatoes for 1 hour. Make sure to poke holes into the potatoes.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, soften the butter using a fork. Add in the spices and mix thoroughly.

  • When the sweet potatoes are finished, cut open and pull the insides away from the skin. Add 1/4 of the butter mixture to each sweet potato and enjoy.
