Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix

  • 1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges with juice

  • 4 egg whites

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • Cooking spray

  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple with juice

  • 1 package vanilla-flavored instant pudding mix

  • 1 cup low-fat whipped topping

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F
