Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • Four 4-ounce halibut fillets

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  • Spray a light coat of cooking spray onto a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
