Ingredients

  • Salsa

    • 1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted and diced

    • 1 plum tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced

    • 1 shallot, minced

  • Cod

    • 1 pound cod fillets

Directions

  • Combine all salsa ingredients together and set aside.
