Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds cod fillets

  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

  • Preheat a broiler allowing 6 inches of space between the rack and the heat source.

  • Apply aluminum foil on a broiler pan and place the cod fillets on the foil.

  • Coat the cod fillets with butter.

  • Apply the lemon juice, tarragon, black pepper; and sesame seeds.
