Beware
Pros: Gave me an eye drop to relieve scratchy eye Cons: Lots 1) Fast check up-lasted only 4-5 minutes 2) Staff: 3 workers not enough spped to get patient out faster 3) Bill representative: David is rude, ill-mannered and unprofessional- stated that I need to pay a bill that is two yeras old from 9/2006. We paid our $49 co-pay and now they are scamming us. HE also stated that $49 isn't worth that much to settle this bill and I should be upset about it. It is the principle of notifying me 2 years after and now they are questing me to pay it. My bank don't even keep records from 2 years ago. The bank only goes back a year. Plus the nerve of putting me on hold for a long time got me more upset. Being on hold does not calm me down but iritates me more. 4)I can not verify this but David said that my eye insurance did not pay the services performed on me last year. That top it off.
