I highly recommend Dr. Tanya and the staff of The Chiropractic Studio in Troy. Since starting my adjustments, I have much more flexibility in my neck and back and much less stiffness. I no longer suffer from a "stiff neck" in which my muscles would occasionally seize up, making something as simple as turning my head painful and difficult. I appreciate Dr. Tanya for her knowledge, ability, and honest concern and compassion for her patients. Not only is Dr. Tanya a skilled Chiropractor, but she also offers advice on supplements, healthy living, stretches and exercises.
