Adduction: moving the extremity back to the body.

Abduction: moving the extremity away from the body.

Anatomic Position: position where one stands with their feet together, arms down by sides and facing forward.

Chronic pain: pain that lasts for an abnormal length of time.

Mobility: ability to move parts of the body.

Rehabilitation: restore movement in the body.
