To take a more natural and humanistic approach to life and health as a chiropractor.\n\n"The art of healing comes from nature, not from the physician. Therefore the physician must start from nature, with an open mind."\n\n-- Philipus Aureolus Paracelsus\n\n\n

if i'm going to help someone live a happier, healthier life, i want to take my own advice and suggestions! this can be more difficult than it would seem, but it is so important to me to have integrity and make sure that whatever recommendation i would make for a client is something that i have tried personally and has worked for me in my experience. i try my best every day to make the same healthful choices that i suggest for my clients and even for friends and family members who ask me random questions about nutrition, exercise, etc. after all, if i'm not doing those very same things, i risk the chance of losing their respect and trust, which is definitely something i don't want to lose! i appreciate these random questions people ask me. i think a lot of health and wellness professionals tend to get so caught up in taking care of the health and wellness of others, that we can easily lose site of our own health and wellness! so just remember- how can you better take care of them without taking better care of yourself, too!?

Finding balance in mind, body and spirit seems difficult; but when acheived allows us to live to our full potential. When we feel better about ourselves, have less anxiety and worry and are more focussed mentally, we feel a sense of wellness and happiness. The Bach Flowers can do so much to help acheive those goals.

A lofty idea! I would love to open a wellness center. State of the art, that attends to the whole person. A place one would want to come and spend the day nurtured and surrounded by wellness, shops, doctors, healers, healthy food and shopping, essential oils misting, Oh well, I could go on and on.

Living a healthier lifestyle is not as hard as you think it may be. It does take some time especially if you are not living like this right now. If you set goals in the beginning you will have a lot more success to stay on track. Living a healthier lifestyle is more that just physical it is mental, because that controls so much of what we do physically.

I help others to live healthier, happier lives by introducing them to healthy, chemical free products that we all buy and use every day. It is my mission in life to help as many children as I can to live in healthier, non-toxic homes by sharing information with their parents. I love children and I love pets & I want to see them in safe environments.

My city job was actually BAD for people's health as they were working in poor conditions exposed to chemicals. I think part of the stress was the conflict with my inner values. I think inner conflict is a HUGE stressor.\n\nMy business is about helping people live healthier and happier lives. One good side of the economy is that it'll shake people out of their comfort zone and hopefully motivate them to make more harmonious choices for themselves.

Food for thought: You can have 80% Liver Failure before you know you have liver failure. \n\nFood for thought: If you unplug the "Check Engine Light" on your car dashboard, does it mean your car's engine is ok?\n\nFood for thought: The first symptom of a heart attack is...a heart attack.\n\nTrue Wellness is prophylatic in nature. It's anticipatory. It is not Crisis Management. \n\nThe true nature of Medical Care is "Crisis Management". Once the "crisis" is over, Wellness Care must take over.\n\nMost people live their lives in a Crisis Management Mode. Once they are "saved" from their crisis event (think heart failure), they are left on their own to "clean up the mess" that Crisis Management (Medical Care) left behind (think effects of a tornado on your house. Then think if you have no home insurance).\n\nFood for though: Every cell in every organ of your body is forever changed by the effects of "crisis management".\n\nFood for thought: Everyone needs a Wellness Coach!
