Exercise regularly and lose weight

I have been trying to lose weight for over 30 days now. I have gone through so many low blood sugar events for not having enough carbs which are the 'Devil'. At 30 days I had gained .8lb. and was very frustrating. I was able to keep blood sugar basically well the range of 70-130. I am now trying to add a small amt of carbs 15-30 per meal and so I am going to see how it goes. I would really like to meet someone who had similar issues and has had success.
