Well, that very well may be the case. Most people think in terms of emotional stress when actually any tax placed on the nervous system can be stress.
• Lack of sleep
• Lack of food
• Intense exercise
Stress is the key that turns the ignition of the survival machine and it produces cortisol and other hormones that cause the body to horde energy in the form of fat. Dealing with stress can be as simple as taking a few minutes a day to relax, scheduling a massage as often as you can or cutting down on work hours and increasing play time
Here are some more examples on how to destress.
• Deep breathing exercises
• Enjoy a brisk walk
• Take ten minutes in the morning or at night for yourself
It’s also important to incorporate a good weight loss plan to achieve your weight loss goals
