I am in total agreement. I did my best to block my hurt and anger with tasty (fatty) foods... hamburgers, fries, cheap wine... and all that happened to me was that I got more angry and depressed and heavier.
Now (but I had to develop a debilitating illness... gout) I am eating healthily, choosing my foods carefully, enjoying lots of fruit and salads, (with very low calorie dressings)
I still have to develop a habit of daily exercise. Oh my.
