Most experts agree that in order to loose
weight, you need to burn off more calories
than you eat. Sex, like any physical activity,
burns calories. According to editors at
Natural News, sex can raise your heartbeat to
aerobic levels and burn an average of 200
calories during a 30-minute session. That
translates to losing a pound for every 17.5
times you have sex. They also report that sex
reduces food cravings and stimulates chemicals
in the body that control appetite, helping you
take in fewer calories.

First of all openly share what is bothering you with your husband,
he is your soulmate and best friend. Tell him i am overweight and
want to do something about it so not only i feel good about myself
but you feel good too. No matter what if he is a good guy he will
tell you he is attracted to you no matter how overweight you are.
Step two you have to get into a habit of eating foods that are good
for you and start off slow but exercise lifting small weights. Take
walks and get into a habit of not sitting around but being
productive. But most important is openly sharing your problem
with your husband and maybe he will train and exercise with you.
It is proven that stress is a cause of weight gain. You will never get
off to a good starting point if you are hiding your problem, so please
let your husband know he is attractive to you, but you sre
overweight and you want yo do something about it... Hope that
helps. Oh yeah and dont drink soda or eat fast foods, i lost 60 lbs
alone just by cutting fast food, tv dinners, and soda out. Tips, drink
green tea made from real tea bags not bottles store bought, eat
canteloupe as a snack. Fruits, steamed vedgetables, whole grain
bread, and a good tip until you get used to healthy foods stay away
from foods that taste great and sweets, most likely if it tastez great it
is not great for you. green tea, and gogi berry juice will give you
energy, Hope you do these things. Thanks for sharing,
