Health... being able to function in society which requires that one be physically, emotionally, and mentally fit.

Wellness... finding meaning in one's life, enjoying one's day to day existence, finding support with friends, family members, and community in choosing to share one's gifts as best one can, day by day...

To me, health includes when your body is health and functional. Wellness includes your body, mind and soul being balanced and well.

According to WHO health is not just the absence of disease or infirmity, not only focus on the physical aspect of life but also the stability of emotional, mental, social, and spiritual aspect of one's life.

Wellness is the overall state of being healthy, covers all aspect of life and all areas associated with health. All things that contributes to health play a big role in wellness living.
