If anybody ask with anyone that do you have any mental problem then its sound like anybody saying him/her psycho and mentally ill person.But the actual facts is that today everybody facing the mental problem in day to day life because of so much pressure ,competition and etc.This is really necessary to do something for relaxation of mind.I usually prefer yoga to made myself relax so share with me friends what would you try?

      I also prefer yoga from last 2 year. its really helpful for mental stress.
