I agree. I have found that running is an excellent way to relieve stress.

i tend to agree with everyone here and say that running is the best. getting rest is also very important.

I like to find hobbies that involves more than 1 person can enjoy together so I don't feel i am so alone dealing with my problems. Usually something that involves a project like music, art, event, or anything social.

Now a day stress is a normal part of life.It is really important to know "how to manage stress",for this i usually keep my self busy a lot so i can't think about the issues.
