Find out what's causing your stress. Can you change what causes you stress? If not try changing your routine. Try getting up earlier rather than staying up later. Try some breathing (pranayama) techniques, and meditate at least 5 minutes at a time morning and evening and even in the car while sitting in traffic (eyes open of course). Try it, you'll be suprised how well you'll be able to tolerate daily stresses.
