They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. The doctor was a pompous *** with a know-it-all attitude, and he was dismissive of my symptoms and history. I asked for my medical records (3) times, and he Refused to send them to another Rheumatologist and he refused to send them to me. Go see ANYBODY else in town.

The office was clean and neat. The doctor is often late coming to my appointments due to emergencies. In the beginning he was very polite and had a great bedside manner, but since then he has been rude and patronizing at my visits. I have always been respectful to him, and in return he feels that he can speak to me as if I am a slow child. Dr. Cassell should really learn that he does not have to be a pompous horse's backside to his patients. There are other rheumatologists in town!
