They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was very impressed with how up to date they were about all the latest medical advancements. They were very knowledgeable. Whenever I have a question, they're usually able to answer it over the phone. It's nice not having to drive down there for an appointment every time I have a question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
