I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I have always been treated with respect and the staff is very friendly.

They always discouraged all of my negative behaviors in a respectful way. They always have my best interest in mind. When they took a personal phone call during my appointment right in front of me, I couldn't believe it. I would have never expected them to be that rude. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. It was so difficult to get an appointment with them. They are ridiculously busy, and are almost never available.
