Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They have almost no availability, and I wasn't able to get an appointment with them for weeks. Dr. Tanphaichitr can be kind of condescending at times and appears aloof and distant. I am not saying he does not care about his patients, but is just different from the doctors I have had in the past. If I could find another Rheumatologist close to my home and that accepted my insurance, I would definitely switch.
