They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It really bothers me that every time I visit them, I have to re-explain why I'm there and my situation, because they never remember. It makes me feel like they don't listen to me while I'm there. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
