I was a patient for almost 2 years. Evidently something has changed. I was supposed to have a telemedicine call with him a week ago and I didn’t receive or wasn’t sent the link. I call his office 9 times that day, no one ever answered. Since then I’ve called multiple times on multiple days. I’m out of my medicine, which I told them. Today I finally got a call back saying that I could make another appointment for a month from now and that Dr LaRussa knows it. After being treated like I have, I CAN NOT recommend and I’m no longer going to be seeing him.

Dr Larussa has treated me years ago when times were bad for me. I now have a new life since and moved on. I trust him and would use him again if needed. I called every number in the phone book when I needed help and every Dr listed would not help me because of insurance I had. Well I called Dr Larussa and he had me to come in and see him the next morning. If it was not for him I may be dead now. I'm not ashamed to let people know I seen him and even tell any one who needs help to see him.
