I went in on my first visit and was given a questionnaire to fill out and during my second visit was told that I was bi-polar. I was taking 2000 mg of depakote, which did not help at all. It turned out that I was not bi-polar after all, just had depression. I will never recommend him to anyone

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
