The doctors need to replace the front desk receptionist. She is extremely rude and unprofessional and doesn't give the drs their messages.
I was very concerned from my grown child when he called for a refill and never got a call back.. This has happened numerous times.. It's too bad because dr.Praturi Sharma is an excellent dr but definitely needs a professional at the front desk. We only sees the dr 3 or 4 times per year for meds but we've both become very intimidated by the woman who answers the phone who is also the same one at the desk.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The staff definitely wasn't friendly. It seemed like they were annoyed to have to be helping me. I had an emergency recently, and I couldn't get a hold of them. It was frustrating to know that I couldn't count on them. I didn't appreciate that they didn't take the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I had to do my own research.
They have a service to pick up all phone call & not just at lunch time but ALL the Time. Then you had to wait from hours to days for a call back. Also if you need refills they never return the faxes they get from Pharmacies especially a mail in where you could get a 3 month supply so you would run out of Meds before you get even a weeks supply untill they fill out the mail in Pharmacy....Fran at the Desk Is a compulsively lies & omg what an antitude!!!! AM told that Senior Praturi Sharma is retiring but I doubt it but his son works that office too but I never saw him so nothing to say about him
