Very unorganized Dr's office.
No one can tell you the charges of your office visit if you are self pay. This office send everything to one person and blames her for everything, When you try to pay your bill it goes to a outside billing company that speaks very broken English. I could not understand this person and I ask her to speak up 3 times and she never spoke up. So I hung up. I cant even pay the bills we owe them online. Witch is bad. I want a printed receipt when paying this bill. That's why I want pay to a outside billing company. I guess this Dr's office don't want our money, But they will turn it in on our credit if we don't pay. This is a sad excuse for a Dr's office. They are not in with SRMC due to the fact they all went private. So they can charge any price they feel necessary.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
I DO believe they should post billing for their serices in the waiting room. Patients should know what they'r in for after their insurance picks up the initial cost.
