I was told they would bill my insurance, but then told afterwards that they don't bill insurance companies. Then I was put on a payment plan that seemed to be 'automatic' for them, even though I saw Dr. Fulkerson only a couple of times to regulate my medication. On the invoice I was told that I'd be sent to a creditor if I didn't pay...but I hadn't been to the office in months! So, I paid to avoid a bad credit situation. It was very unfair.

Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
