Be aware that all that this doctor is concerned is charging you and your insurance money. After expensive procedure with anesthesia, he announced that he is not the right doctor for the problem I have! Two weeks before the appointment I gave to Dr. Hart the report of similar procedure where my gynecologist clearly outlined the type of the problem it discovered!! I had to go to the right urologist and do this procedure again, having another anesthesia..... So, Dr. Hart is up for money!I had to pay over $250 for my part of this expensive procedure that was done for nothing..... You and your problems are not his concern.

Dr. Hart is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very caring and thorough in his diagnosing, treatment and follow up. He does not recommend unnecessary procedures, but will also not hesitate to order any procedure he feels is warranted. I am very happy with his care.
