The doctor paid close attention to me and helped with my drug therapies. Did not like him pushing his wife's business on me as a method to help with my pain. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Would have to call multiple times to see if procedures/medications had been cleared by my insurance company. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
I really wanted to go over my test results and find out exactly what was going on, but they didn't explain them to me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I eventually found their office, but only after wasting half my salary on gas driving around trying to find them. You would think they would work out of an office that was a little easier to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Staff nice, but does not seem to know what they are doing- high turnover, long waits, I go to another dr now- a lot better! Skip this one
If I were to compare them to other rheumatologists I've visited, they were definitely the worst. I'm shocked they're still in practice. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I don't feel like I can ever be confident that my appointment is actually going to happen because they constantly cancel it at the last minute. I wish they were more reliable.
