It is impossible to get an appointment at this office, as there does not appear to be any office staff to schedule an appointment. Never able to reach an actual person, only an outgoing voicemail message. They are located fairly close to both my home and work and I haven't heard anything further since the initial attempts to contact over a month ago, though I've made numerous calls for an appointment since that time.
