They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They will not take patient if they where treated in the hopital or already have doctor for existing condition. I was told I could not make <url removed> my child! My insurance gave me doctor name and reference, because I needed doctor and therapist in the same office. Right now my child is going to two different places and information is not shared well between therapist and doctor. This is for 7 on your side!!
