I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their office was extremely hard to find. I even used my GPS and still couldn't find it. They barely could remember what they prescribed me. They could care less what my symptoms were. He had no idea what was going on with me. I do not think I even had a chart because I always had to tell him what he prescribed me.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
